The Voice Season 23 to Premiere in March 2023

On Monday, NBC shared premiere dates for several shows coming next year, including The Voice. In an Instagram post, the network revealed that Season 23 of the long-running singing competition will premiere March 6.

This is the first time the show has premiered in the spring since 2021. This year, the show moved to a once-a-year schedule, making room for American Song Contest. Currently, The Voice is airing Season 22, with Live Playoffs set to kick off next week.

Season 23 of the show has already started filming, with two new coaches joining the panel. Blake Shelton is returning for what will be his final season of the show, and Kelly Clarkson is returning after taking the current season off. They’ll be joined by newcomers Niall Horan and Chance the Rapper.

All Stars has already started filming, with Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell sitting on the panel as judges. AGT host Terry Crews will also emcee the spin-off.

Meanwhile, American Idol announced a premiere date for Season 21, the show’s sixth on ABC. The show will return with the same judging panel (Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan) on Sunday, February 19, 2023.
