RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11 winner Yvie Oddly shared some exciting news on Instagram this week, as she announced that she recently got married. Oddly shared photos and videos from the courthouse ceremony in New York last week.

Drag Race Winner Yvie Oddly Gets Married

“Last week I got married to some guy I met on grindr…” Oddly wrote to accompany her announcement post. “Now, I have A LOT of strong opinions about the institution of marriage but you can hear all about those on my Strange Love tour…”

Oddly shared a photo of her and her new husband Doug Illsley sharing a kiss, as well as a video from the courthouse ceremony. As she wrote in the caption, “For now I’ll just say that I love @dougyills and I’m so happy to be his hersband.”

Illsley commented on the post, writing, “Love u 4ever, even when you make us almost late to our own courthouse wedding.” The couple also received congratulations from several Drag Race stars, including judge Michelle Visage.

Oddly Is Going on Tour Later This Year

Since 2019, Oddly has been part of the RuPaul’s Drag Race Werq the World Tour. She’ll appear at dates in Asia and Australia later this year. Oddly is also planning a tour of her own, called the Strange Love Tour, beginning in November.

According to an Instagram promo, the tour will offer fans “an unforgettable evening of stories, songs & schlong.” In a clip from one of her shows, Oddly can be seen on stage joking that Drag Race features “some of the horniest people on the planet” being trapped “in a penisless pink prison.”

After winning Season 11 of the show, Oddly returned to compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 7, the first season to feature all winners.
